Yoga sessions every Thursday in the chapel at the Maudsley hospital. Yoga can help with stress, back pain, joint pain, respiratory problems and more. Phone for further details.

Area served: South London and Maudsley NHS Trust catchment area (Southwark, Lambeth, Lewisham and Croydon).
Costs: Currently £7-£10 for group sessions, £40 for individual sessions, concessionary rates available for service users by arrangement.
Open times: Thursdays from 5:15pm-6:30pm in the chapel at the Maudsley Hospital.
